1. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the GuestBox website by professional or private buyers.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the site. GuestBox strives to provide the most accurate visuals and descriptions possible, but cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the representations.

3. Orders
Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer agrees to provide accurate information when ordering. GuestBox reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute or non-payment.

4. Price
Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. GuestBox reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

5. Payment
Payment is made securely online at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and any other method specified by the seller.

6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the destination. GuestBox cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, private customers have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. Products must be returned new, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

8. Guarantees
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer can request an exchange or refund.

9. Liability
GuestBox cannot be held liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of products. GuestBox's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.

10. Personal data
The information collected during the order is necessary for the management of the order. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
